Update
2025 Market Sales Still Strong.
I hope 2025 is a good year for you. Luxury market sales in Marin County continue to be strong. I recently represented buyers from Silicon Valley, eager to retire to Marin. Who wouldn’t? We have one of the best lifestyles with sunny days, clean air, lush greenery, the Pacific Coast hiking trails, mountain biking on Mt. Tam and for tennis, golf, and pickleball enthusiasts, ample sports clubs and golf courses. Back to my buyers, we recently participated in a multiple offer situation on an extraordinary site in Tiburon. I don’t want to give my tactical secrets away publicly but after market analysis, I am able to advise my clients how to win in multiple offers. Fortunately, they can now call Tiburon home living in a glass house with sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge to Mt. Tam. I love nothing more than selling the most beautiful properties in Marin County.

Happy New Year! Here’s to a strong real estate market for 2024. Word on the street is that more cuts are coming—interest rates that is! Inventory is still low though sellers are ready and gearing up; we expect the spring market to see many new and lovely homes for our buyers who are also ready.
